Course Description:
Students will acquire knowledge and skill in the basic strength training, agility,
plyometric and flexibility training techniques of today. Students will set goals for improvement in
muscular strength exercises front squat, hang clean, and bench press. Students will also set goals for
improvement in vertical jump, pro agility, and 40-yard dash.
